Bodyworker, Space Holder, Conduit of Divine Love

I'm Agusta Raffo — a real, imperfect human who chose to break the cycle. Rather than pass down the unhealthy patterns I witnessed growing up, I turned inward. After years as a stay-at-home mom, I began the deep work of uncovering and healing those patterns — and discovered that the foundation of it all is self-love and genuine human connection.

I’m a trauma-informed coach and bodyworker who helps women transform self-doubt and emotional overwhelm into self-trust, softness, and a loving inner voice.

My work is deeply personal—I grew up in a chaotic, codependent environment and spent years navigating my own patterns of over giving, self-criticism, and emotional disconnection. Through motherhood, bodywork, therapy, and yoga, I learned how to heal not just mentally, but physically and emotionally. Today, I guide women through that same process—helping them feel safe in their bodies, release old patterns, and finally experience the self-love they’ve always deserved.

I didn't find healing in a calm, quiet place. I built it from the inside out.

I grew up as the oldest of five in a home shaped by addiction, codependency, and emotional unpredictability. At 11, after my parents divorced, I was sent to live with my grandparents — an experience that taught me early to question my emotions, shrink what I felt, and handle things alone. For years, I carried that story quietly.

Everything changed when I became a mother.

Pregnancy stopped the running. Motherhood cracked me open. For the first time, I felt a deep desire to break the cycle — not just for myself, but for my son. That decision led me to massage school, where I first discovered the profound connection between the body and stored emotional experience. What began as a career step became the beginning of a real healing journey.

I've done the work — and I'm still doing it.

When my son faced challenges of his own, it brought my unresolved experiences back to the surface. Rather than turning away, I leaned in — pursuing therapy, EMDR for CPTSD, and deepening my understanding of intergenerational patterns. Alongside that, my training in bodywork, energy healing, sound therapy, and yoga gave me the tools to not just understand healing, but to truly embody it.

Today, my life's work is holding space for yours.

I bring everything I've lived — the survival, the unraveling, the rebuilding — into every session and coaching relationship. I know what it's like to have a harsh inner voice, to feel unseen, and to over give in search of connection. And I know what it takes to shift that. My work is warm, honest, and deeply personal — guiding women back to themselves with compassion, safety, and real tools for lasting transformation.

A Little About Me

I love to spend my free time with my husband and son attending baseball games and concerts. When I’m not with my family, I’m enjoying the water from the beach or a kayak. I am a nature lover and I volunteer for a local bird rescue, Save Our Seabirds. I feed my local songbirds and you will always find a big bucket of nuts and seeds for them in the back of my car.
